As spring blooms into summer, Yoga in the Garden has come to a pause. While mother nature heats up, slow down and embrace the beauty of nature as we transition into the next chapter. Your presence has made this season special and we look forward to seeing you in August. Yoga in the Garden will return every Thursday evening, August 15th-September 19th at the NC Botanical Garden.

Our extensive library includes classes for all levels, intensities, and preferences, guiding you into a daily portable yoga sanctuary. The video library is easy to navigate, offering access to over 36 different yoga classes. Whether you want to experiment with new classes or stick with your usual favorites, our library caters to your needs. Each month, the selection changes to ensure your practice remains fresh and engaging.
Maintaining consistency becomes effortless when you can practice at any time of day. Additionally, our guided group meditation videos can help you develop new tools to stay grounded and improve mental clarity.
You can take as many as you like, anytime, and as often as you like with our Green or Gold Subscription.
Access the video library with a Green Subscription or upgrade to a Gold Subscription for unlimited in-person and online classes in addition to our video library. Alternatively, you can rent individual videos if you prefer a more flexible approach.
Deep Dive into Specific Topics with Courses
We are now offering courses that allow you to take a deep dive into specific topics. Each course includes a series of videos and handouts, giving you the freedom to explore and learn more about the content at your convenience. These courses go beyond the physical practice, enabling you to embark on a lifelong learning journey.
Yoga invites us to explore and introspect about our true essence. Through active self-inquiry, you can learn more about your body, movement patterns, and reactions, deepening your commitment to your yoga practice.
Courses are available for individual purchase. After purchasing the course, you can take your time going through the material within the rental period.
The first course available for purchase is Spiraling for Healthy Movement This course covers important functional movement sequences and emphasizes "the weights of the body" for mobility, balance, and safety, rather than focusing on the connectors (e.g., knees, etc.).

SAM Sather, founder of Dogwood Studios, is a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT) and an Insight Yoga Institute (IYI) endorsed teacher. She individualizes the yoga practice with appropriate modifications for participants’ unique bodies and medical histories with a focus on finding calm and improving health. She offers several live, online and in person yoga classes as well as private sessions so you can focus on your needs one-on-one.
