This workshop is perfect for students and teachers with or without osteoporosis. Movement and yoga teachers will gain invaluable information and experience. This course is approved for 4 CEUs by Yoga Alliance and IAYT. In-person space is limited. Props are provided for in-person attendees. A list of suggested props will be sent to those attending online.
