Fall In Person Mindful Movement & Yoga Classes

Days & Times, Dates: Wednesdays. 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on the following dates:
July 28th
August 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th
September 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th
November 3rd, 10th, 17th
December 1st, 8th, 15th
*There are a few spaces for June In person left. Sign up soon! (same steps as for fall; see below.)
You can come to one, some, or all dates.
No walk-ins. Preregistration is required.
Proof of vaccination is required at least 24 hours before the event. Upload a picture of your vaccination card to your MindBody account under the "documents" tab. For support, email info@dogwoodstudioyoga.com
The facility is cleaned before and after the event. There is a hand sanitizer station.
Arrive early to enjoy the outside and historic building. Feel free to hang-out after class outside.
Class Size: 15 people.
Price:
$20/individual reservation, or
Package of 2 classes for $17.50 each ($35), or
Package of 5 classes at $15 each ($75), or
Package of 10 classes at $13 each ($130), or
Package of 15 classes at $11 each ($165)
Class registration passes can be applied to future In Person classes in the Winter.
Online classes memberships do not apply for In Person classes at this time.
Registration is through Dogwood Studio's MindBody and not the venue. https://clients.mindbodyonline.com/DogwoodStudioYoga. Use the calendar to find the date and then click on “Sign Up Now”.
You will need your own props. Here is what we suggest:
a yoga mat. Wear a mask to and from your mat. You may practice without a mask during the class.
a yoga strap or similar object to allow you the ability to hold your foot more securely.
one of more yoga blocks.
Gertie ball or wide foam block.
blanket.
something to support sitting on the floor (bolster, cushion, additional blanket).
optional eye pillow for savasana.

Level: For all levels (should be able to get up and down from the floor). If you are unsure this is the class for you, contact info@dogwoodstudioyoga.com and we will help.
Intensity: Gentle to Moderate
Please Note: when we are having an In Person session, the Online Mindful Movement & Yoga classes at 11 a.m. on Wednesdays will not be held. The MindBody weekly calendar is up to date and clearly lists Online or In Person. Thank you for your support.
