Happy Summer! June & July Workshops and On Demand Classes

Dogwood Studio is continuing the theme for vagus nerve toning with new workshops and weekly On Demand classes! For a reminder of why vagus nerve toning yoga is beneficial, check out our blog here.

Vagus Nerve Toning Workshops

  • June 25th and July 2nd (Thursdays) 12pm to 2pm EST.

  • Each session will have some differences related to techniques.

  • Both sessions will have a master class.

  • The master class will be recorded for you to use for 24 hours after, so if you cannot join the workshop you can receive the recording if you sign-up.

  • These will be added to the On Demand library as well.

Click on the link here to sign-up and go to the class tab and go to the calendar date of the workshop. At check-out you will be asked to pay for the workshop. You will need to sign in to your Mindbody account or create one.

On Demand Classes for release on June 21st

  • The focus is on Vagus Nerve Toning to promote resilience for our autonomic nervous system and to have easier access to the parasympathetic nervous system. This helps us manage stress better and benefits our organs linked to the vagus nerve.

  • These On Demand classes are posted and available for sign-up now. You can then use the recording all week from June 21-27.

  • You sign-up for these just like online classes. You will be asked to pay at check-out. 

  • On Demand classes are a lot like renting a movie. You check it out for a period of time. Think of the release date like the time you picked it up from the store and then you watch it when you want until it is due to be returned, except without the hassle of returning it!

  • You can open and use the link anytime during the week. You do not have to open it at the class time; that is the cut-off to sign-up for the class.

  • The goal of this is to help you to better support yourself and others. The techniques can be practiced daily. Like fascia, your vagus nerve tone can improve over time with practice and persistence.
