Nourish Spring Growth with Yoga

Give yourself the permission to invest in yourself. Nourish your body, mind and soul with our special events this spring:

Warmer weather, more sunlight and gentle breezes are nature’s reminders that summer is just around the corner. It feels like spring. Trees are blossoming. Buds appear through the dirt. During this transition time, we can enjoy open windows and songs of birds early in the morning. It is an exciting time of growth and change. Tuning into the sensations present you will notice that your body, mind and soul are experiencing the same energy of change. You might notice an aching joint reminding you to nourish your joints. It is possible that you can’t get up in the morning or are sluggish and tired, reminding you to replenish your energy. Perhaps you notice you are more easily irritated, reminding you of your unmet needs. Maybe you feel stuck and can’t find words to express yourself, reminding you the mixing of new and old as changes emerge.

The sensations present offer insights into what you need to find nourishment this spring. You might find nourishment by drinking some lemon water. You might find nourishment by enjoying the company of friends. You might find nourishment by moving the body in the morning. You might find nourishment through the gentle touch of a massage. You might find nourishment by being outside. You might find nourishment through creative outlets. You might find nourishment with meditation. Whatever your needs are, yoga can support nourishment of your body, mind and soul
