Research is conclusive that meditation is beneficial to our well-being. This workshop is great for those new to meditation or struggling to commit to a regular mediation practice.

The workshop activities include:

  • How to be comfortable when meditating

  • Various techniques to support a calming and lasting practice

  • A home practice to personalize and take with you to use

No experience needed. Cushions, bolsters, blankets, blocks, chairs, and mats are supplied.
