Moving, Meditating, and Writing Workshop
June 10th and 11th, 2017
Chapel Hill, North Carolina
· Evidence based approach that combines thoughtful balancing of the activities of writing and yoga.
· 8:30am to 4pm Saturday and 8:30am to 1pm Sunday. Fee- $250.
· All writing is confidential and not shared during the session. Time will be provided for reflections.
· Attendees will be primarily in silence to support the process. Location is SAM's home yoga studio, 3606 Stonegate Dr., Chapel Hill, NC.
What to Bring
· Feel free to bring your own yoga props. Mats, bolsters, blocks, chairs and straps will be available.
· Please bring a Brown-Bag lunch. Light refreshments will be available that are vegan and gluten free.
