Did you know that osteoporosis is many times a silent disease that over 200 million people worldwide suffer from? Attend this workshop and you will learn how to take or design a yoga class for those at risk for fractures from osteoporosis. The workshop will include lecture, discussion and practicum to support the attendees transfer of knowledge into practice.
