In Person Yoga at the Parlour

Beautiful setting in Chatham County with ample parking.
Walk-ins could be turned away if the class is full. Preregistration is highly suggested.
If you have been exposed recently to COVID in the last 5 days OR if you are not feeling well or experiencing COVID like symptoms the evening before or morning of the class, we ask you to cancel. Your class pass will be placed back into your account.
Arrive early to enjoy the outside and historic building. Feel free to hang-out after class outside.

Class registration passes can be applied to future In Person class series.
Online classes memberships do not apply for In Person classes.
Class Size is Limited: 10 people spaced for physical distancing. The space can comfortably hold 25.
Registration is through Dogwood Studio's Momence account and not the venue.
Sign-up just like normal; go to the class schedule for the date desired and sign-up just like any class and at check-out. You will be prompted to purchase your space.
You will need your own props. Here is what we suggest.
a yoga mat. Wear a mask to and from your mat. You may practice without a mask during the class.
a yoga strap or similar object to allow you the ability to hold your foot more securely.
one or more yoga blocks.
Gertie ball or wide foam block.
blanket (we are on a wood floor).
something to support sitting on the floor (example: bolster, cushion, additional blanket.)
Optional eye pillow for savasana.
Water bottle with a lid.
A bolster, blanket and cushion will be provided for Candlelight Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra.

Hybrid Class Approach: When we are having an In Person session, there will be an online option for the class. The sign-up calendar has two classes to choose from: Online or In Person. Please choose the option that works best for you.
When signing up, you will be asked to log-in to or create a new Momence account. If you do not have an account yet, it is easy to set up. Don't worry if you forget your password; it is quick to reset.
