Mindfulness Meditation

A weekly meditation session based on the core of mindfulness meditation - Loving-Kindness, Compassion, Empathetic Joy, and Equanimity. Each session will have a consistent structure: setting an intention, brief introduction to the topic and practice, and meditation followed by a short discussion. This practice is open to meditators with any level of experience! Offered in-person at Stonegate Studio or online via Zoom.
IYOS Sunday Gatherings

Insight Yoga Online Studio (IYOS) is a global gathering of students and teachers that meet weekly on Sunday for an online workshop that explores themes that offer encouragement and support for increasing one’s inner capacity for self trust, simplicity and joy. Each Sunday, tune in to enjoy a 60-minute online workshop exploring various themes led by an endorsed Insight Yoga Teacher, including Dogwood founder, Sam Sather, who will weave in a brief discussion, meditation, optional yin poses, and/or inquiry.

Gentle Yin Yoga
Wednesdays | 5pm EST
This class is a series of floor poses using various props, pose variations or modifications with gentle counter movements blended in for joint, fascia and energy nourishment. Practice includes meditation based on the InSight Yoga Institute's model of mind, body, heart mindfulness and inner body practices. No experience necessary! Offered in-person at Stonegate Studio or online via Zoom.
